RAD provides the following relocation and lifestyle services in Armenia:

• Residency Permits: Company setup, work permit processing, and immigration support
• Premium Rentals: Property search, verification, and rental arrangements
• Hotel & Suites: Accommodation bookings for short and long-term stays
• Airport Transfers: Private transportation and meet & greet services
• Education Placement: School and university enrollment support
• Embassy Appointments: Visa appointment booking at embassies in Armenia

The specific scope of services will be detailed in individual service agreements or contracts.

3. Service Agreements

Upon requesting our services, you will receive a detailed service agreement outlining:

• Scope of services to be provided
• Service fees and payment terms
• Timeline and deliverables
• Responsibilities of both parties
• Cancellation and refund policies

Services commence only after you have signed the service agreement and made the required payment.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

Our service fees are clearly outlined in your service agreement. Fees vary based on the complexity and scope of services requested. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Armenian Dram (AMD) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is typically required in advance or in installments as agreed
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved payment methods
• Late payments may result in service delays or suspension

4.3 Third-Party Costs

Our service fees do not include third-party costs such as government fees, embassy visa fees, notarization costs, translation fees, property deposits, or other external expenses. These will be clearly identified and billed separately or arranged for direct payment by you.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to our requests for information or action
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
• Comply with Armenian laws and regulations
• Attend required appointments (embassy interviews, property viewings, etc.)
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or inability to complete services.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we provide professional services and work diligently on your behalf, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Approval of residency permits or visas
• Acceptance to educational institutions
• Embassy appointment availability on specific dates
• Availability of specific properties

Final decisions on applications rest with relevant authorities (government agencies, embassies, educational institutions, etc.), not with RAD.

6.2 Third-Party Services

We work with third-party service providers (translators, legal advisors, property owners, transportation providers). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for their actions, errors, or omissions.

6.3 External Factors

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including changes in laws, government policies, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellation by Client

You may cancel services by providing written notice. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus administrative fee (typically 10-15%)
• After work begins: Refund of unused portion minus completed work and non-refundable expenses
• After substantial completion: No refund

7.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Government fees and third-party costs already paid
• Embassy visa application fees
• Document preparation and translation costs already incurred
• Property deposits paid to landlords

7.3 Cancellation by RAD

We reserve the right to cancel services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, fail to make payments, or if we determine we cannot effectively deliver the requested services. In such cases, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RAD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your information with confidentiality and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide services, comply with legal requirements, or with your consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services

• We are not liable for decisions made by government authorities, embassies, or educational institutions
• We are not responsible for personal property loss, theft, or damage during your stay in Armenia

You agree to indemnify and hold RAD harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of our services.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us to seek an informal resolution.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Armenia.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Sending email notification for material changes

Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
